i needed more than one month before now, reset my password, because it can´t be used at the SL website, and at the client software, all time appears an automatic answer: Invalid password… I tried for rescue it, all the support options, guest login for make tickets, (many tickets maked) answered security question correctly, inworld help support, and nothing happened… the avatar´s name is Space Nikolaidis, an international resident, (closed now this premium account by security reason) and my registered email is aadolfs@uol.com.br…
The great trouble is where i live at outworld, doesn´t
an area of SL support phone covered, and for this reason was impossible reseted the password.

Hello, I am having trouble downloading Secondlife’s auto-updat and a message keeps poping up saying “The Secondlife auto-update has failed. The Problem may be caused other software installed on your computer such as a Firewall. Please visit http://secondlife.com/download/ to download the latest verison of secondlife”. If I did download it from the help bit on secondlife’s help would it interfer with the account I have already?. Please help me
